It's a great way to use those peaches, pears, and apples.A slump is a cobbler without an oven. They're easy to make, the perfect crossover from summer. A clafoutis is impressive, a French custard nestling the fruit of the season.I love fresh fruit. I love to eat it. I love to bake with it.
