We've tried a lot of cocoas. And there is a crazy difference in the quality and taste of the cocoa. The best make such a magical difference that you'll never go back to ordinary cocoa.

Three steps or finding the perfect cocoa for you!
Check the cocoa butter content. It should be at least 14-16%. Most store cocoas are 8-10%. We've never found a good cocoa without a high cocoa butter content.
Read the reviews. The good stuff is so much better with outstanding reviews.
