I love overnight French toast. It's really good, easy to make, and all you have to do in the morning is stick it in the oven.

Pile your scrambled eggs and bacon onto a just-out-of-the-oven buttermilk biscuit. I like a little mayonnaise or butter on my biscuits. A slice of cheese on a biscuit that's hot enough that the cheese is partially melted is great. Get the just-add-water biscuit mix for $1.00.
