There are all kinds of hidden Easter eggs in your phone, from small but useful features to entire apps you'll never see on your home screen. I'll reveal the best hidden apps in your iPhone or Android, starting with one I use all the time: The secret magnifying glass that helps you read the smallest type without pulling out glasses.

When you open a folder on your PC, you see a grid or list of all the different files inside. You can change how files are displayed, making navigating everything in a specific folder easier.

Select extra-large icons if you’re trying to preview photos before opening them. Choose List (just filed names) or Details (file names plus the date, type and size) to view compact information about your files, making it easier to locate PDFs and Word documents, for instance.

Sometimes, Windows notices when you choose the same display layout in a new folder and automatically applies it to other folders to save time. Nice.
