The Isabella Stewart Garden Museum in Boston is seeking to recover 13 works -- including ones by Rembrandt, Vermeer, Degas and Manet -- that were stolen in 1990. The museum's board has offered a $10 million reward for information leading to the recovery of the works, which are valued at $500 million.
