1 Take small doses throughout the day: try 20 or 30 mg every 2 hours, but don't exceed 100 mg per day. We recommend the use of a scale to get the perfect dosage. 2 Use as a snuff for the fastest onset, or brew in hot water for a tasty cup of tea. 3 Do this 3 days per week max, but not 3 days in a row: make sure to have an off day in between. 4 Enjoy and don’t forget to take a break for a full month after a few weeks. |
