For most people, it is an uphill climb from zero to actually making it. Statistics show that many of the startups often fail either as a result of investor pull out or poor management. What comes to mind though is what you can do to become a high income earner. It is often said that everyone has potential to be great, actually being great is a matter of execution. A high income earner will typically have multiple revenue streams to rely on. This means that instead of relying on only one source of income to make ends meet, how about looking for new sources of income? This reduces the pressure on your one source of income. For instance, if you are running a business, instead of looking at how to make more from what you already have, you may select instead to look for how to add value to your clients through provision of other goods and services.
Take the case of a writer, and your main source of income is from book sales, you may consider releasing audio books, making appearance, doing talk shows and all that so that you can make more money in the end. The moment you have created more than one revenue stream, whether for yourself or your company, you stand a higher chance of joining the high income earners bracket. You diversify your focus and become more open to creation of wealth through various avenues. In some cases, this may involve focusing your marketing strategies and segmenting your market so that you can have targeted marketing campaigns.
