BY ADAM DAIGLE | Staff writer Good morning from Grand Rapids, Michigan, as part of the Leadership Exchange visit. It's not much cooler than it is in Lafayette, in case you're wondering. Now for some headlines. Here in Grand Rapids, the city that claims the 38th president of the U.S., Gerald Ford, as a hometown hero, city leaders came up with a way to address the issues of availability and affordablity of housing but still admit they're going to fall short of their goal.
