MONTREAL: Marcus, chef Marcus Samuelsson’s first restaurant in Canada, has opened at Four Seasons Montreal. The restaurant serves dishes with local seafood and ingredients from the city’s markets and surrounding forests. NEW YORK: N.J.F., M.M.G.Y. ORLANDO/CENTRAL FLORIDA: The Dalí Museum will debut a new permanent installation, “Dalí Lives,” on Saturday at its St. Petersburg home. The artificial intelligence experience presents a life-size version of the artist compiled from archival footage and interviews, letters, and quotations to present new content about his work and ideas and "interact" with guests. The image is updated to appear to be in the present day through details like Dalí holding the current day's newspaper and taking a selfie with guests that they can access digitally.
