Employers in the technology sector could double the number of women working in the industry over the next 10 years, but doing so means taking steps to make their cultures more inclusive, according to research from Accenture and Girls Who Code. How Monster is supporting working parents Monster launched new benefits in response to its recent survey that found just 38% of employees think their employer is supporting parents sufficiently during the pandemic.
