| Should transmission providers, like MISO, be subject to fines of up to $500 per day if interconnection studies are not completed by a certain deadline? Today, transmission providers must make “reasonable efforts” to conduct interconnection studies in a timely fashion, but that rule doesn’t seem to be cutting it.
