Ho ho ho!
A lot of the notions of this time of year (including the severe commercialization of it all) revolve around abundance, a cookie-cutter nuclear family, and a lot of pressure.
I know that not everyone has that experience. Maybe your family looks different than the Hallmark cards, or your your financial situation makes it more difficult for you to give as much as you'd like to.
This holiday season I want to explore the different experiences people are ACTUALLY having. We all have our homemade holiday traditions, but I want to remind you that for you, this time of year, is just that: yours to define.
