SHOTS FIRED: Saturday night and Sunday morning featured more than the city's usual share of shootings in very public spaces. On Saturday, a domestic dispute in a car caught in a traffic jam on Interstate 10 spilled out amid the stuck cars, Bourbon Street had a shooting that injured five and a 15-year-old boy was killed on Iberville Street in a shooting that injured three others near the Central Business District.
