Housing Assistance Obstacles, Managing China’s Rise, and More

Congress responded to the COVID-induced recession by allocating $46.5 billion for housing assistance—but only around 11% of that funding has been spent. Using data from New Mexico, Gabriel Sanchez discusses obstacles to accessing federal funding for residents who need a critical financial lifeline.
