OSHA’s COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard: An EVS-Focused Overview | EVS workers are classified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as healthcare workers along with security, registration, maintenance, dietary, and contractors. OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) was published in the Federal Register on June 21, 2021 and will be in effect for six months.
