Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Chicken

By Stephanie

A dish of crockpot spinach artichoke chicken. I had promised friends I would make them Spinach Artichoke Chicken for dinner last Wednesday; but on Wednesday afternoon I discovered that I had lost track of the recipe. I checked through my cookbooks and checked online, but none of the recipes I found matched up with the ingredients I had purchased. So, it was time to get creative.

Candybar and Cereal Cookies

By attosa

Candybar and Cereal CookiesI decided to come up with this recipe for cookies when I really wanted some sweets and didn't want plain candy. These cookies are so crispy and satisfying. You could also use crushed cornflakes or bran flakes. My family and I prefer these over regular chocolate chip cookies by far. This is a great way to use up leftover Halloween chocolates, too!

Eat Your Potatoes, Peelings and All
When I peel potatoes, I leave a small amount of the potato on the peeling and place the pieces in a bowl of cold water. I then drain them and pat dry. I place the peelings on a greased pan in a single layer.
