Heading in to the holiday weekend, it's advisable to keep an eye on the forecast. Tropical Storm Elsa is in the Atlantic by the National Hurricane Center predicts that it could be in the southeastern Gulf of Mexico early next week. Carlie Wells has put together the latest here.
