Today we have SimilarWeb investigating holiday marketing statistics of the past few years and providing some eye-opening insights from their Digital Marketing Intelligence that helps plan your seasonal marketing. Looking at the data provided by SimilarWeb, we see that non-amazon retailers saw increased traffic of just below 30% in 2020. Target, for example, created a rival Deals Day, which led to a 54% week-over-week (WoW) traffic increase. BestBuy, with its exceptionally attractive deals, experienced the most significant growth among top retailers. Next in line was Costo with a traffic increase of 59%.
