Assessing access to justice in reformed services Weve published access to justice assessments into some of our reformed online services. The assessments cover the reformed services for divorce, probate, online civil money claims services and the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal. The assessments and their findings will feed into the wider evaluation of the reform programme where relevant. Access to justice blog We've also published a blog about improving access to justice across HMCTS that shares our approach to the assessments and how we're using the information we're gathering.
