Over 180 essential repair projects are underway, with new, modern courthouses in London and Blackpool also in development. We showcased our HMCTS Reform Programme and digital transformation journey to international justice partners. |

| Over the last few months, we've seen more than 3,000 students from 195 schools stepping into courtroom roles in the Magistrates' Mock Trial Competition. Students have prepared diligently as prosecutors, defence lawyers, witnesses, and magistrates, working with real case materials to deliver compelling arguments. The competition has given these young people an insight into how our justice system operates â from understanding legal principles to experiencing courtroom procedures first-hand. As well as funding these events, our colleagues volunteer their time to help out on the day and our buildings are used as venues. This is part of our wider outreach programme to gain awareness of our different roles and career opportunities. |
