Daniel Flury, HMCTS Operations Director introduces the reflections of some of our staff on how centralised planning, working closely with our partners and using technology effectively enabled us to maintain access to justice. | | Our latest monthly management information for September 2023 to September 2024 highlights workload volumes and timeliness at a national level for our civil and family courts, and tribunals. | | In October 2024, we introduced an adapted search for Professional Usersâ Access Scheme members. Our guidance has now been updated and includes information about the adapted searches are in the 'Conditions of Entry' guidance which has been sent to all organisations with members that participate in the scheme. This follows our continuous review of risk assessments to ensure the safety of all court users, keep security measures proportionate and in doing so allow smooth access to our buildings by minimising queues. | | Weâve published a further dataset about performance in our criminal courts in relation to the recent civil unrest. This release gives information on the number of defendants listed for a first hearing and the outcomes at that hearing. | | The probate team are holding drop in sessions throughout December.
