It includes workload volumes and timeliness at a national level for our civil and family courts, and tribunals. | | HMCTS has been made aware of reports of scammers contacting members of the public and acting as bailiffs and enforcement officers. We recently put out a message on social media alerting users to this. If you suspect you have experienced a form of fraudulent communication, do not offer any payment and refer to our guidance on how to recognise and handle fraudulent communications. | | Our monthly management information published this week shows that HMCTS has reduced average wait times in December 2024 to just over four weeks. This compares to twelve weeks at the end of 2023 and over eight weeks at the end of June 2024.
