HARDI AEON with PulseSystem
The AEON CENTURAline was first introduced in 2019. Now HARDI is adding PulseSystem. Main focus for this has been the spraying capacity increase without compromises in safety and easiness of operation.
The HARDI PulseSystem works with a combination of the DynamicFluid4 pressure regulation and the well-known HARDI diaphragm pump. The system is very precise with only few nozzle open or all nozzles open. Also in demanding spot spraying situation, it works excellent. | |

TWIN FORCE ActiveAir assistant with constant droplet size By combining two innovative drift-reduction technologies, HARDI has succeeded in designing an application system with the lowest drift potential in the market. ActiveAir nozzle on/off ActiveAir is a pressure circulation system, allowing the nozzles to open and close instantly and without dripping. Each nozzle valve is held closed by a spring, which the pressurised air acts against. The rapid air activation is managed by electrically operated solenoids along the boom, and will offer you the highest precision in the field. | |

ActiveSlant boom management system ActiveSlant is a boom management system based on the newest generation of boom height sensors which are known from the AutoTerrain system. These sensors on the boom are not only measuring the height these also detect the angle and with this information the slant cylinder is actively operated to bring the whole boom as fast as possible in the best position. | |

HARDI MEGA with AutoNozzleControl The MEGA series is available with 1200, 1500, 1800 and 2200 l tank sizes and boom widths from 15 to 28 m. For the VPZ booms with 21 to 28 m, the PrimeFlow fluid system is now available. Not only is it giving you 13 sections, which can be individual programmed by the operator, but with the additional AutoNozzleControl you can unlock the sprayer to work with 50 cm section widths. To run the sprayer with AutoNozzleControl an ISOBUS terminal with minimum 42 to 56 sections is required. | |

HARDI MASTER New boom generation The MASTER series available with 1000, 1200, 1500 and 1800 l tank size and boom width from 12 to 18 m. is now available with two new boom types. The HYS boom with or without AIR STREAM. The MASTER with the HYS boom series is for farmers seeking boom adaptability. With fast, on-the-go fold of boom, arm or outer sections, this hydraulic boom with trapeze suspension will please farmers with irregular or challenging fields, paddocks, terrains or obstacles. HYS AIR STREAM boom
The HYS AIR STREAM boom uses a powerful adjustable air stream to direct the spray to the target, reducing drift and increasing crop penetration and coverage. Less drift means more spraying days, higher application speeds and fewer filling stops. It also allows farmers to address pests and diseases as they appear rather than having to wait for calmer spraying days. All in all, this will give the farmer higher spray capacity, real savings on water and plant protection products and a better environmental footprint. | |

HARDI ISO NANODRIFT Air inclusion nozzles
The HARDI NANODRIFT nozzles should be used when high drift reduction is required. The NANODRIFT nozzle will at low pressures reduce drift to a minimum. The droplet spectrum is coarse to very coarse; safe for drift control but without risking poor coverage and deposition on leaves. The NANODRIFT nozzle extended the HARDI nozzle range, the target is to have an air inclusion nozzle, which reaches higher drift reduction classes. | |
