Smoke shop confirmed to be illegally selling product classified as marijuana: South Euclid Police Blotter
An agent from the Ohio Department of Agriculture reported Oct. 10 that the Shaker Smoke Shop was suspected of selling a product labeled as hemp that contained enough THC to be considered marijuana. He asked that an officer accompany him to the business to see if they had paperwork showing that the product had been tested.

Driver of stolen U-Haul truck found with multiple products purchased illegally across region: Highland Heights Police Blotter
Plate-reading cameras confirmed that a stolen U-Haul truck was around Alpha Drive Oct. 3 and responding officers subsequently located it parked and unoccupied at Big Lots. The driver was taken into custody when he returned to the truck, and he said that his friend had rented it.
