I have a wonderful niece who, as a newlywed, was a kitchen beginner. So the first mix I started her on was a focaccia mix. Why? Because it's so darned easy.
You just mix it, press it into a pan, let it rise and bake it. It comes with full instructions and a spices and herb packet for topping.
Serve it as a snack or appetizer--like you would bread sticks. Make great sandwiches. Load it with pizza goodies or make it like the suggestions above or create your own masterpiece.
