| As usual, I have a fun fact for you and it's about the origins of the Jack O'Lantern. The Jack O'Lantern originated from the Irish Folk tale of 'Stingy Jack', a guy who had a drink with the Devil and then used and deceived him. When Jack eventually died, God found him unsavory so denied him entry into Heaven, and the Devil denied him entry into Hell. Instead, Jack was forced to roam the Earth with only a piece of burning coal which he put into a carved-out turnip. So he became 'Jack of the Lantern', later shortened to 'Jack O'Lantern'. The Irish immigrants in America brought the tradition of carving out turnips, but later pumpkins were found to be more suitable to carve. Story time over.
