| By Bob Warren Russian oil ban: Word out of Washington this morning is that President Joe Biden will ban Russian oil imports, adding that to the sanctions the U.S. imposed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Biden could announce the move later today. We asked the experts what it will mean for Louisiana. Meanwhile, as oil prices have skyrocketed, so have gasoline prices.
