ATLANTA: The Battery Atlanta has kicked off a series of summer festivities taking place at the mixed-use development, including outdoor yoga on Mondays 6:30-7:30 p.m. Aspiring guests must register for the free event online before attending and must bring their own mat. A farmers market will also be held on July 17 from 1-4 p.m. where visitors can shop from a variety of local vendors selling wellness products, organic foods, artisanal breads, and more. BONITA SPRINGS, FLA.:The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Fla., has debuted a series of team-building experiences for groups to enjoy. Activities for groups include access to the resort’s private island, Big Hickory Island, where guests will have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, beach-themed events and cocktails receptions, and more. Additionally, deep sea fishing excursions, a guided dolphin tour, a historic trolley tour, a scavenger hunt around the resort, and Olympic games are among offerings when booking a meeting or incentive program at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point.
LAS VEGAS: Resorts World Las Vegas has unveiled its Las Vegas Convention Center Loop passenger station, providing direct underground access to the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) in a more enjoyable, efficient, and environmentally friendly way using all-electric Teslas. Dubbed the LVCC Loop, the zero-emissions underground public transportation system allows passengers to travel directly to their destination with no stops along the way. In the future, the innovative transportation system has its sights set on expanding further into the Vegas Loop system with more than 55 total stops.
NEW YORK:Avra Estiatorio Rockefeller Center has officially begun its lunch service, perfect for business lunches and post-matinee meals. The midday, three-course prix fixe menu is $32.50 per person and offers a range of Mediterranean bites, including spanakopita, spreads, lamb chops, grilled sea bass, swordfish brochette, baklava, and more. In addition to the prix fixe, Avra’s all-day menu is available during lunch, from 11:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
WASHINGTON, D.C.: Hilton has announced Senih Geray as the general manager of the Waldorf Astoria Washington DC, a 263-room hotel with historic grandeur, located in Washington’s iconic Old Post Office.
