CHICAGO: Jason Hammel, the chef and owner of James Beard Award-winning restaurant Lula Cafe, announces From The Pass, a new speaker series where Hammel is joined by culinary luminaries to discuss the current and future state of the restaurant industry. The next event in the series takes place Jan. 13 and will be centered on beauty, creativity, and craft. LAS VEGAS: CES takes place next week, Jan. 7-10, in Las Vegas.
