| By Bob Warren Pothole frustration: Driving around New Orleans can be a bone-jarring experience. If it seems you’re dodging — or worse, not dodging — the same potholes day after day, it’s not your imagination. A report out this morning shows quite the lag between when a pothole is reported and when it’s fixed. Shape of things to come: Potholes aren’t the problem in Covington. But shapes have been. In one of those only-in-government-type discussions, the City Council recently questioned state highway officials about a proposed traffic roundabout that’s not, well, very round. Restless reno: If you’re a fan of The Young and the Restless (and who isn’t, right?), here’s one for you. One of the soap’s stars, Christian LeBlanc – he plays villain-turned-good-guy Michael Baldwin – has a place in the Garden District that’s undergoing some big-time repairs following Hurricane Ida.
