Dear CAM Community,

It is with great enthusiasm that I say hello as the Director of Annual Giving and Special Events for Cameron Art Museum. My name is Helen Stukenborg, and after several years on the West Coast working for regional art museums, I knew it was time to return to the sunshine of Wilmington. The vibrant art scene, coupled with the community’s appreciation for culture, made it clear to me that there was no better place to continue my passion than at the Cameron Art Museum. I am excited to immerse myself once again in the warmth and creativity of this beautiful city.

As I continue to learn and align myself with the Museum, one thing is clear: community members like you are what makes CAM the premier cultural gathering place it is. Because of you, we have had an incredible year filled with high-quality exhibitions, lifelong learning in the arts, and dynamic public programs.

We look forward to continuing this energy into the New Year with exciting programming and exhibitions including The Game Changers: Diebenkorn, Frankenthaler, and Rauschenberg. This new exhibition opens March 20 showcasing the works by three mavericks of modern American art.

We hope you consider continuing your support! Your generosity helps us continue our mission and make a meaningful impact in the lives of so many.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
