The words I heard repeatedly when I spoke to martech and data tool vendors this spring were, “data and AI, data and AI.” I took three things away from those discussions:
- Data has been waiting for AI because AI can analyze faster and develop insights quicker than humans can.
- The combination of data and AI is re-shaping marketing and marketing operations.
- This area is changing fast and MarTech has a role in helping the community keep up.
