It’s staggering that two months after the horror Monash IVF mix-up was exposed, there’s been another bungle.

Medical editor Robyn Riley has all the latest on the developments today out of Melbourne, where it has been revealed a woman in a same-sex relationship was mistakenly implanted with her own embryo instead of her partner's, as had been requested.

It comes after Robyn first uncovered that a patient in Queensland had been given a stranger’s embryo and raised the baby thinking it was her own.

Meanwhile, for anyone who already gets anti-wrinkle injections, or who is thinking about it, we have this must-read piece on the big variation in cost.

More than 430 businesses were contacted to compile a detailed list of prices for toxins like Botox and Dysport to improve transparency. People are being warned not to look for the cheapest deal and instead go for experience and safety.

And in our busy lives the reality is we sometimes need to turn to ready made meals. That's why Tamara McDonald has tested them out and rated each one, so you don’t have to. You might be surprised about what got the best score.
