Entertainers Moguls Athletes Locations

Trae Young is expanding his boundaries out west, having paid $20 million for retired NFL linebacker Clay Matthews' Calabasas mansion. The NBA’s $240 million man now holds title to a 14,000-square-foot home with an 800-gallon aquarium, wine cellar, sports court and a saltwater swimming pool with views of the Santa Monica Mountains. Elsewhere, “SNL” alum and “Portlandia” creator Fred Armisen has swapped his 1920s English Tudor in Los Feliz for a French Normandy-style home in the same neighborhood. The 1930s property has ties to the Black Dahlia murder case and includes a brick fireplace, original hand-carved doors and unmolested woodwork throughout.
