These wild turkeys think they own the road, on my way home from my son's one night it took me ten minutes to get them out of the way so I could continue on. I opened the window and yelled at them; they just took their time.

I have a bumper crop of kale. This dish can be a meatless meal, a side dish, or a filling for omelettes. It is quick and very cheap, especially if you grow your own vegetables. Measurements do not have to be precise. I made enough for two servings. Use more kale than you think, as it cooks down a lot.

I love flavored teas iced in the summertime, especially vanilla chai (Bigelow). Boil or microwave 2 quarts of water. Open each tea bag (10-12), cutting off the string and tag dropping them in the pitcher. Fill pitcher with boiled water. Sweeten as you would like per cup. Cool and gently fill an ice cube tray.
