Shooter turns himself inA man who fatally shot someone early Friday in Baton Rouge hopped in his car, drove around the corner and then called 911 to turn himself in. That's what BRPD told us about the incident, which took place late morning around Fairfields Avenue and North Foster Drive. The gunman claims self defense, but police say an investigation will determine whether he'll face a murder charge. Reporter Lea Skene filed this dispatch from the scene of the crime.
