| | Authorities received a report that a man opened fire with a semi-automatic gun at the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks, about 40 miles west of Los Angeles, late Wednesday. The extent of the victims' injuries was not immediately clear. A Ventura County sheriffâs spokesman said the gunman was dead.
