The complaint alleges that Page blocked access to CompassCare's Amherst, New York, facility, preventing patients from seeking services. It accuses Page of trespassing and writing graffiti on the property; Page was also charged with theft by local police after stealing a sign. | Tennessee pastor dies during triathlon | | Tim Shelton, a pastor at Bellevue Baptist Church in Cordova, Tenn., died Saturday after suffering a heart attack during the St. Jude IRONMAN 70.3 Memphis triathlon.
