Provisional agreement on fisheries control
On 31 May, the Council and Parliament reached an agreement on the revision of the fisheries control system to prevent overfishing. Report on foreign interference adopted
On 1 June, MEPs adopted the report of the special committee on foreign interference in all democratic processes in the European Union, including disinformation. They believe that both phenomena are likely to worsen in the run-up to the 2024 European elections, and are calling for a strategy to protect the electoral process. Geographical indications of agricultural and wine products
