Gov. Charlie Baker announces $275 million coronavirus economic recovery package amid continued fallout

The financial relief would supplement existing legislation — called an Act Enabling Partnerships for Growth — the Republican governor proposed before the COVID-19 outbreak, which laid out targeted investments in “housing, community development and business competitiveness.”
