After a few years living in the Aloha State, where their Honolulu home is on the market for $9.8 million, married Hollywood staples Nick and Vanessa Lachey are officially moving back to Los Angeles, where they’ve plunked down $6.8 million for a modern farmhouse-style mansion in the celeb-favored Encino neighborhood. The “Love Is Blind” co-hosts’ new digs measure in at about 8,300 square feet and will give them plenty of room to roam, with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an expansive great room that opens to the pool and a poolside cabana, and a sprawling lower-level entertainment complex with a movie theater, a gym, and a bar. And in upstate New York, a modernist home that once belonged to Sylvester Stallone has shimmied onto the market at $4.3 million. The home, which includes an indoor pool, sits on a grassy knoll with sweeping mountain and Hudson River views.
