| Good morning from the GMSA anchor desk! It was a wild start to our Wednesday. First we arrive to find out a glitch in the Bexar County election system prevented the release of results. People (including the bosses) were here until 3 a.m. gathering info to make sure GMSA could report the final numbers. On top of all the election chaos severe storms are moving into our area. Justin Horne is on top of it though! Those storms also mean a busy morning for Marcus tracking traffic. Shew, it’s going to be a bumpy ride but we’ve got this!!! Tuesday’s votes totaled 113,650. There were 139,421 early and absentee votes. The voting results were delayed until early Wednesday due to a software issue with the machines used. Salazar Wins Democratic Primary, to face Gerard Rickhoff in Bexar County Sheriff race Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar has won the Democratic primary, and will face former Bexar County Clerk Gerard Rickhoff, who won the Republican ticket. Biden claims 9 Super Tuesday victories, including Texas A resurgent Joe Biden scored victories from Texas to Massachusetts on Super Tuesday, revitalizing a presidential bid that was teetering on the edge of disaster just days earlier. New entertainment venue Chicken N Pickle opening in San Antonio There’s always something to do in San Antonio and soon there will be a new entertainment venue - Chicken N Pickle. The new hot spot will feature a full-service restaurant, a rooftop bar, lawn games and 6 indoor and 5 outdoor pickleball courts. It’s expected to be fully open by mid-April at 5215 UTSA Boulevard, according to a news release. Spurs get Tim Duncan first win as acting head coach Dejounte Murray scored 21 points and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Charlotte Hornets 104-103 without longtime head coach Gregg Popovich, who missed the game while dealing with “personal business,” according to the team.
