BCSO: Two men arrested in connection with disappearance of Georgia man Two men were arrested in connection with the disappearance of a Georgia man, who the Bexar County Sheriff's Office has confirmed is dead. Colin King, 34, was caught in Mississippi on Wednesday and is charged with murder. Donald Wayne Barber, 60, was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of tampering with evidence in Bexar County. 8-year-old girl wounded in West Side shooting, police say An 8-year-old girl was taken to an area hospital after being shot twice on the city's West Side late Thursday night, San Antonio police said.
