Sheriff: Suspect, 36, killed man over marijuana debt, then killed wife within hours of first murder

Deputies arrested a 36-year-old suspect in connection with two murders that happened within hours of each other, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said. Michael Morales is facing two charges of murder after confessing to the murders of another man and his common-law wife, Salazar said.

School district raises awareness about mental health after student’s suicide

The campus of Ronald Reagan High School is somber after the death of a high school student who was found unconscious in the school’s weight room. The school said they are heartbroken that Alonzo Jones, 16, died from what the Bexar County Medical Examiner has ruled a suicide.
