Good morning! Hope you slept well or had a good overnight shift. We blinked and it’s already Wednesday! All I can smell...is smoke. After I left work Tuesday, I spent the day babysitting a brisket in my new smoker. While waiting, I decided to smoke some corn on the cob too. All the results were tasty. I see some chopped beef sandwiches in my future. This brisket is the gift that keeps on giving! Leslie is busy overseeing a patio makeover at home. She says they need to spend part of this weekend disassembling their patio furniture to make room for new stuff. She says they also need to do some storm cleanup from while they were in Hawaii. Missing 1-year-old girl found safe, SAPD says Emma Garcia, 1, and her mother have both been found safe, the San Antonio Police Department said in an email.
