Ingredients: 16 oz. cream cheese 3/4 cup sugar 15 oz. pure pumpkin 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Directions: Using electric mixer, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin, spices and vanilla; mix well. Spread into Glutenfreeda Oatmeal Pie Crust and chill in refrigerator for at least 5 hours. When pie is set, top with Maple Pecan Glaze. |
