Procedure for a Refund of Anti-Dumping Duties - Updated Guidelines of the European Commission

On 7 April 2021, The European Commission has updated its guidelines on the procedure for the reimbursement of anti-dumping duties in situations when the dumping margin, on the basis of which duties were established, has decreased or is no longer present. The updated guidelines repeal and replace those published in 2014, reflecting the amendments to the EU Anti-dumping Regulation.
