Hello everybody, The trees are turning colours and the smell of pumpkin pie is in the air. That can only mean one thing: Thanksgiving is almost here! I love this time of year for so many reasons but my favourite is being reminded of all the incredible things I have in my life. From a wonderful family to great friends to working at my dream job, I have a lot to be thankful for. All of this wouldn’t be possible without awesome customers like you. Thank you for supporting us all these years! 😘 Give a free year of 1Password This year I would like to share a gift that you can give to the special people in your life: give them the gift of security with a free year of 1Password and show them that you care. If you purchased 1Password 7 or have an active subscription into 2019, simply click this link to send your gift: Gifts can be sent to direct family members, extended family, friends, or someone who is doing good things in your community. Showing them you care is sure to bring a smile to their faces. Thank you again for supporting us all these years. We literally wouldn’t be here without you. ❤️ Other bits and bobs There’s a lot of other fun things going on that I wanted to share with you as well. Random but Memorable We now have our very own podcast! 🎤👏 Matt Davey (our COO) and Michael Fey (our Apple team lead) host Random but Memorable twice a month to discuss security advice and what’s new in 1Password. A lot of fun and good discussion is packed into each 30-minute episode. You can subscribe in Overcast, Pocket Casts, or iTunes. Please rate and review us on iTunes and be sure to ask any questions you’d like to see discussed on the show by asking on Twitter using the #ask1password hashtag. New 1Password blog Our blog has moved to a new home and received a complete makeover in the process. Pages now load much faster and the design is gorgeous. We also took care to make things accessible to everyone, and in a future update of Safari you’ll even be able to enjoy reading in Dark Mode (those on the Safari Tech Preview can see this in action today). If you haven’t checked it out for a while you’re in for a treat: 1Password blog. That’s all I have for today. If you have any questions, please join us in our discussion forums or reach out to @1Password on Twitter 👋 Until next time, take care and have yourself a great Thanksgiving. Hopefully we’ll have a chance to talk again before Christmas. 🙂 P.S. One can never be too thankful, regardless of where you live. As a Canadian, I personally enjoy celebrating twice a year as it gives me an extra opportunity to reflect on what I’m most thankful for in life. That and the extra pumpkin pie. 🙂 |
