Tonight - 7:30pm | Rpt Sunday, 26th November - 1:30pm
| I’ve had the good fortune of being able to go to a few conferences over the last couple of weeks, and I must say, there is no comparison to that face-to-face conversation and yarning that takes place when people who are passionate about a particular topic get together. When I think back to the effort that conference organisers put in to run events during Covid online, you realise what was involved and how important they were at that time. But there is nothing better than being in the room altogether. It’s not just during sessions either - it’s the morning teas, the lunchtime gatherings, the walking to and fro from different presentation spaces, the evening meal or breakfast cuppa where you get to connect and really consolidate bridges for the future and for further collaboration. | | |
