We have reached a pivotal moment in our nationâs history.
Just yesterday, the Supreme Court heard arguments in Dobbs v. Jackson Womenâs Health Organization. This will be the Courtâs best opportunity in nearly 30 years to provide a generational win for life. A decision in favor of Mississippiâs pro-life law could:
 - Greatly reduce the number of abortions in America
- Protect women, children, and the integrity of the medical profession
- Inspire other states to join Mississippi in turning the tide of legalized abortion
While we likely wonât have a decision until early next summer, oral arguments for the case were held on December 1st, and it is crucial for all Christians to be united in prayer for Godâs mercy as we seek His will to protect unborn life.
Remember the promise and encouragement found in 2 Chronicles 7:14: âIf My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray, seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.â
Our prayers do not fall upon false gods of stone or clay. We are called to âcast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7),â and we would humbly ask you to join Alliance Defending Freedom and pro-life allies throughout the world in prayer as we consider the consequences of what the ruling in Dobbs will mean.
